Les travaux d’aménagement des abords du centre sportif Henriette-d’Angeville sont terminés. Les nouveaux espaces dédiés aux loisirs et à la détente sont ouverts et accessibles à tous dans l'attente des plantations qui se réaliseront en novembre 2025.

De nouveaux équipements sportifs
La nouvelle zone ludique et sportive du centre sportif est située sur la pelouse à côté du terrain de basket 3x3, devant le centre nautique communal.
Elle accueille un terrain de beach multisports : il s'agit d'un terrain pour jouer à des sports sur sable. Celui-ci est adapté pour la pratique du football, du handball, du volley-ball... en accès libre. Un filet de protection entoure le terrain pour garantir la sécurité des joueurs et des passants.
Pour que chacun puisse en profiter pleinement et en toute sécurité, merci de suivre ces quelques conseils pratiques d'utilisation :
- Réservé aux pratiquants : cet espace est dédié à la pratique du sport sur sable, dans le respect de chacun et de l'environnement.
- Jeu uniquement en journée : respecter les installations et les horaires d'ouverture.
- Prenez soin du matériel : ne pas s'accrocher au filet ou aux poteaux pour qu'ils restent en bon état.
- Laissez l'endroit propre : pas de nourriture, verre ou d'objets sur le sable pour éviter tout accident. Pensez à jeter vos déchets dans les poubelles prévues à proximité.
- Nos amis les animaux ne sont pas autorisés sur le terrain, même tenus en laisse.

Une
banquette en béton est installée le long d’un côté du terrain de beach multisports, pour assister aux rencontres sportives.
Un
casier comprenant du matériel sportif en libre-service est installé : à l'aide des explications présentes sur le casier, vous pouvez emprunter ballons de basket, de football, raquettes de plage et jeu de Mölkky.

Un espace de détente, pour tous
Un espace ludique pour les enfants de 3 à 12 ans comprend des jeux traditionnels d’équilibre et de motricité.
Des bancs et un espace ombragé avec tables de pique-nique sont également accessibles.
Un
chemin en gravier et en enrobé a été créé le long du terrain de basket, menant à l'aire de jeux pour enfants. En bordure de ce chemin,
une borne d’eau est accessible au public, offrant un point de rafraîchissement pour les familles et les sportifs. De nouveaux
emplacements équipés d’arceaux pour le stationnement des vélos sont installés, favorisant ainsi les déplacements doux.
Des
toilettes automatiques ont été installées dans ce secteur au début du printemps 2025.

Zoom sur les espaces verts
Une dizaine d'arbres seront plantés en novembre 2025 aux abords des nouvelles installations. Ils offriront de l'ombre pour se reposer au calme et pique-niquer sur les tables à leur pied.
Les cerisiers du Japon auront de belles fleurs au printemps.
Les micocouliers de Provence sont de majestueux arbres d’ornement pouvant atteindre 25 mètres de hauteur.
Les charmes houblon sont connus pour leur résistance à la sécheresse.

Le budget participatif : de nombreuses propositions des habitant(e)s
Dans le cadre des dernières éditions du budget participatif, les Ferneysiennes et les Ferneysiens ont proposé plusieurs aménagements pour agrémenter le centre sportif Henriette-d'Angeville.
Voici quelques réalisations issues du budget participatif :
- le terrain d'apprentissage du VTT : composé de deux pistes pour une pratique ludique et évolutive, cet espace offre différents modules pour tester son équilibre et franchir des obstacles en toute sécurité. Il se situe au centre sportif, derrière le terrain de football en gazon synthétique.
- le parcours d'obstacles : sept obstacles comprenant une palissade, un mur d’escalade, une corde à grimper et des barres de traction ont été installés à côté du terrain synthétique, au centre sportif.
- la mise en place de modules de fitness : à côté du terrain synthétique, au centre sportif.
- le terrain de beach multisports est une proposition d'un Ferneysien.
- le casier avec des petits jeux et équipements sportifs en libre-service est aussi un projet du budget participatif.
Lors de l'édition 2024 du budget participatif, le
projet de rénovation de la piste d'athlétisme du centre sportif a également été retenue. Ce projet prévoit le remplacement du revêtement actuel par un sol synthétique, résistant aux intempéries et adapté à la pratique de tous.
