Le bureau des sports est un service municipal destiné à l’accompagnement des associations et des clubs sportifs. Il se situe à droite de l’entrée du centre nautique de Ferney-Voltaire, et a été inauguré le dimanche 18 juin 2023 lors de la Fête du sport.
Soutenir les associations sportives locales
Le bureau des sports est l'interlocuteur privilégié pour les associations sportives proposant des activités à Ferney-Voltaire.
Il apporte :
- une aide administrative : recherches de formations, besoin d'aide pour remplir un dossier de demande de subvention, recherches de partenaires...
- un soutien logistique : besoin d'une salle...
- un relais d'information : partage de ressources et d'outils mutualisés.
Accompagner la dynamique sportive
Le bureau des sports est à l'écoute des projets des associations sportives, et souhaite insuffler une dynamique dans les domaines du "sport santé" et du "sport seniors".
Gérer les infrastructures
Le bureau des sports assure la gestion technique et administrative des infrastructures sportives à Ferney-Voltaire. Elle reprend notamment, suite à la dissolution annoncée du SIVOM de l'est-gessien, les plannings d'occupation des salles et terrains du centre sportif Henriette-d'Angeville.
