Travaux sur le réseau de gaz
Où se situe l’intervention ? Avenue des sports
Quand ? Du mardi 7 au jeudi 16 avril 2026 inclus.
Que va-t-il se passer et pourquoi ? Ces interventions concernent la réalisation de travaux sur le réseau de gaz pour le raccordement du chantier "Villa Andréa", avenue des Sports. Les travaux entraîneront un empiètement sur la chaussée et trottoir, avec la neutralisation d'une voie de circulation uniquement pendant deux jours sur la période concernée. La circulation sera réglementée avec un alternat par feux, mis en place uniquement durant ces deux jours. En dehors de cette période, la circulation sera maintenue sans alternat.
Les travaux auront lieu entre 9h et 16h. En dehors de ces horaires, la circulation sera rétablie.

Travaux de renouvellement canalisation avenue Voltaire
Où se situe l’intervention ? Avenue Voltaire, chemin du Mont-Blanc et Grand'rue
Quand ? Du lundi 30 mars au lundi 13 avril 2026 inclus.
Que va-t-il se passer et pourquoi ? Ces interventions concernent des travaux de renouvellement de la canalisation d'eau potable, avenue Voltaire pour le compte de la Régie des Eaux Gessiennes.
Du lundi au vendredi, hormis jours fériés, les travaux entraîneront :
- Au niveau de l'avenue Voltaire, entre la Grand'rue (RD35C) et le chemin du Mont-Blanc, un empiètement sur la chaussée et le trottoir, avec une gestion de la circulation via un alternat par feux permanent, ainsi qu'une neutralisation des places de stationnement ;
- Au niveau de la Grand'rue (RD35C), entre l'avenue Voltaire et la rue de l'Église, la mise en sens unique de la circulation routière en maintenant le sens allant de l'avenue Voltaire vers la rue de l'Église ;
- Au niveau du chemin du Mont-Blanc, une neutralisation des places de stationnement entre l'avenue Voltaire et l'entrée charretière de la copropriété Mont-Blanc I.
La chaussée sera rendue à la circulation normale les week-ends à partir du vendredi soir.

Implantation d'une base-vie / travaux de renouvellement canalisation
Où se situe l’intervention ? Avenue du Bijou - parking du Bijou
Quand ? Du lundi 23 mars au vendredi 5 juin 2026 inclus.
Que va-t-il se passer et pourquoi ? Ces travaux concernent l'aménagement d'une base vie nécessaire dans le cadre de travaux de renouvellement de la canalisation d'eau potable de l'avenue Voltaire, sur le parking du Bijou et l'avenue du Bijou.
Durant les travaux, la circulation sera réglementée et pendant toute la durée d'installation de la base vie, le stationnement sera interdit sur toute la zone identifiée du parking du Bijou. La base vie, d’environ 200 m², sera positionnée de telle sorte à ne pas entraver et modifier la circulation générale sur le parking, ni l’accès aux containers à déchets situés à proximité pour les usagers et les services.

Travaux sur le réseau de fibre optique
Où se situe l’intervention ? Chemin des Vergers, chemin des Potiers, rue de Versoix et rue de Genève.
Quand ? Du samedi 21 mars au vendredi 17 avril 2026 inclus.
Que va-t-il se passer et pourquoi ? Ces travaux sur le réseau de fibre optique auront lieu chemin des Vergers, chemin des Potiers, rue de Versoix et rue de Genève. La circulation sera réglementée sur les voies concernées avec une gestion manuelle de la circulation. Les interventions entraîneront un empiètement sur la chaussée et sur le trottoir.
Les interventions de reprise situées au niveau de la chambre sur le carrefour rue de Versoix et rue de Meyrin auront lieu le lundi de 9h à 12 et de 14h à 16h.

Travaux de gros œuvre - règlementation de la circulation
Où se situe l’intervention ? Avenue des Sports
Quand ? Du samedi 31 janvier au jeudi 30 avril 2026 inclus.
Que va-t-il se passer et pourquoi ? Cette opération concerne la circulation de camions poids lourds, dans le cadre des travaux pour l'opération immobilière "Villa Andréa", avenue des Sports.
Durant les travaux, les poids lourds qui approvisionnent le chantier doivent emprunter le cheminement suivant :
- De 8h15 à 16h30, avenue de Vessy puis avenue des Sports ;
- En dehors de ces horaires, du fait des entrées et sorties scolaires du lycée et collège, les camions doivent emprunter l'avenue Sablonnières, le chemin de Collex puis l'avenue des Sports.
La circulation à double sens avenue des Sports est maintenue.

Mise en sens unique de la rue de Gex
Où se situe l’intervention ? Rue de Gex
Quand ? Du lundi 15 décembre 2025 au vendredi 29 mai 2026 inclus.
Que va-t-il se passer et pourquoi ? Pour des raisons de régulation du trafic, la rue de Gex sera mise en sens unique de circulation dans le sens sortant de la ville, à l’exception des cycles. Une bande cyclable sera aménagée afin de permettre la circulation sécurisée des cycles dans le sens opposé au sens unique motorisé. Cette expérimentation se poursuivra jusqu'au 29 mai 2026.

Pays de Gex Énergies et la Ville de Ferney-Voltaire réalisent un réseau de chaleur éco-responsable au service de la transition énergétique du territoire.
Le réseau de chaleur
Dans le cadre de la création de sa nouvelle Zone d’Aménagement Concerté (ZAC) et du développement de la ville, le Pays de Gex et la Ville de Ferney-Voltaire s’engagent dans un projet innovant : un réseau de chaleur exploitant les énergies renouvelables et « perdues » du territoire.
Alimenté par la récupération de chaleur issue de l’accélérateur de particules du CERN, ce réseau fournira chauffage et eau chaude sanitaire à plusieurs milliers de logements et à nos équipements publics, faisant de notre territoire un modèle de durabilité et d’innovation.

Les travaux

Réseau de chaleur déployé dans la Ville de Ferney-Voltaire[/caption]
Les travaux importants de déploiement du réseau de chaleur urbain au niveau des espaces publics de la ville sont achevés pour cette année.
Ce sont ainsi 13,6 km de conduites qui ont été déployées sous les rues existantes de Ferney-Voltaire afin de relier 4 de nos bâtiments publics ainsi qu’un certain nombre de copropriétés raccordables.
Seuls des travaux ponctuels de remise en état de la voirie ou de raccordement sont encore à prévoir en cette fin d’année.
